These are digital files, so all sales are final. Your download link is sent by hand, usually within a few hours and never more than 24. Broken download or wrong file, email me and I'll make it right the same day.
Something is wrong with your download
If a link is broken, a file is corrupt, or you got the wrong product, email elxyee@gmail.com with your receipt and I'll fix it fast. That is what support is for.
The deposit is not a refund
Every purchase counts as a deposit on the Lifetime Supply. Reply to your receipt within 14 days and that amount comes off the $499. It is a credit toward the Lifetime, not money back.
The Lifetime
The Lifetime Supply is one payment, no subscriptions. Same policy: the files are delivered on purchase, so it is final. If access does not work, email me and I sort it.
